Kona is a clever and pretty flat-coat. We can see a lot of her grandmother, Tally, in Kona, both in personality and looks.
Kona has already had considerable success in the show ring and she finished her championship in April 2011. At the 2010 specialty show in Calgary, she placed 2nd in a large 12-18 month class, beaten only by her littersister, Willow!
We get to see Kona regularly in various local dog events and she is doing extremely well in obedience, agility and rally training. She has a lovely combination of drive, brains and biddability. Kona has completed her Rally Novice title. She also runs on the Due South scent hurdle racing team, with her mother, Lupine. She is amazingly fast and finished her Scent Hurdle Dog title very quickly.
